Is Aniimo Coming to PlayStation or Switch? Consoles That Are and Aren’t Confirmed

Aniimo Artwork 6

Aniimo is not announced for PlayStation or Nintendo Switch as of early 2026; only Xbox Series X|S, PC, Android, and iOS are officially confirmed.

FunPlus and Kingsglory repeatedly list Aniimo as a cross‑platform title for Xbox Series X|S, PC, and mobile.  The official FAQ explains that once the game is released, you’ll be able to play on PC, Xbox, and mobile with synchronized progress across those platforms.  External guides and announcement hubs echo the same lineup: PC, Xbox Series X|S, Android, and iOS, with no mention of PlayStation or Switch.

What Devs and Community Say About PS5

The official site, Kingsglory press material, and platform FAQs never list PlayStation as a launch platform. A community thread asking directly “Is it coming to PS5?” notes that “Mobile, PC, and Xbox are the only confirmed platforms at present,” and that any talk of a PS5 version is speculation until the devs say otherwise. Some commenters guess that a PlayStation port could come later, but they also stress that there are “no immediate plans” confirmed for release day.

So, while a PS5 version isn’t impossible long‑term, there is zero official confirmation, and you shouldn’t expect Aniimo on PlayStation at launch.

What About Nintendo Switch?

Guides that track Aniimo’s release status explicitly state that it has not been announced for Nintendo Switch or Nintendo Switch Online. Those same pages list only Xbox, PC, Google Play, and the App Store as digital storefronts tied to current pre‑registration and 2026 launch plans.

Nintendo has not appeared in any of the FunPlus or Kingsglory platform rundowns for Aniimo, and there’s no Switch logo on official or press images associated with the game.

Why Only Xbox, PC, and Mobile for Now?

Kingsglory is pitched as a cross‑platform label focused on “Xbox Series X|S, PC and mobile” as its ecosystem for Aniimo.  The FAQ stresses synchronized progress between “PC, Xbox, and mobile devices,” which strongly suggests those three are the development priority.  Until FunPlus or Pawprint Studio issue a new announcement that adds PlayStation or Switch, the safe reading is:

  • Yes at launch: Xbox Series X|S, PC (Windows), iOS, Android.
  • Not confirmed at launch: PlayStation 4/5 and Nintendo Switch, possible future ports, but currently unannounced.
