During the Chain Attack, you’ll have a brief window to select the next Agent or Bangboo to continue the assault. Each participant brings unique abilities to the sequence, allowing for tailored strategies against various enemy types. Notably, Bangboos can be included in the chain, providing additional attacks and effects.

Mastering Perfect Assists

Perfect Assists are defensive maneuvers that enable seamless character switching while mitigating incoming damage. To perform a Perfect Assist, switch to another Agent just before an enemy’s attack lands—typically indicated by a gold flash. This precise timing allows the incoming Agent to parry the attack, maintaining combat momentum and setting up counterattacks.

Executing Perfect Assists consumes Assist Points, which can be replenished through Chain Attacks and other combat actions. Strategic use of Perfect Assists not only preserves your team’s health but also creates opportunities for powerful follow-up attacks.

Building Effective Combos

Combining Chain Attacks and Perfect Assists can lead to devastating combos. For instance, initiating a Chain Attack with a high-damage Agent, following up with a Support Agent to apply buffs or debuffs, and concluding with a Bangboo can maximize damage output. Additionally, incorporating Perfect Assists during enemy assaults keeps your Agents active and ready to exploit openings.
