Evolving (or “staging up”) your outfits in Infinity Nikki lets you boost your styling power and unlock visual transformations, exclusive poses, and special effects. Here’s how to get the most out of the Glow Up and Evolution systems in 2025.

1. Glow Up vs. Evolution: Core Differences

Glow Up (Stat Upgrades for Battles)

  • Purpose: Increases the style points a clothing piece contributes to Fashion Battles and challenges.​
  • How to Glow Up:
    1. Open Pear-Pal > Glow Up.
    2. Select the outfit or individual piece to upgrade.
    3. Choose how many levels to upgrade and tap “Upgrade.” You can do multiple levels at once if you have materials.
  • Materials Needed: Bling, Thread of Purity, Shiny Bubbles (quantities scale with rarity and level).​
  • Stat Growth: Level 0→1 = +25% style points, each further level gives ~+20–23% (diminishing returns).​
  • Tip: Focus upgrades on your main Ability Outfits and best S-ranked competition sets.

Evolution (Stage-Up for Visual & Special Bonuses)

  • Purpose: Changes the look of the outfit, unlocks exclusive poses, sometimes adds glowing effects or animations.​
  • How to Evolve:
    1. Collect the entire outfit set (all pieces), cannot evolve partial sets.
    2. In Pear-Pal, select “Evolution.” Outfits with a red dot are eligible.
    3. Preview the new look/effects and check required materials.
    4. Tap “Evolve” when everything is ready.
  • Materials Needed:
    • 4★ sets (Heart of Infinity): Duplicate full set or Calm Thoughts items.
    • 5★ sets: Heartshine (common), sometimes a second full set for third evolution.​
    • Other: Bling, Threads of Purity, Calm Thoughts, and event/exclusive items for some collab/recolor sets.​
  • Evolve Stages: 4★ sets, usually 1 stage; 5★ sets, up to 3 stages for multiple style changes and poses.​
  • Bonuses:
    • Each stage unlocks new poses/emotes for Camera, recolors, glowing effects, and sometimes unique animation or entry effects.
    • Evolved outfits give no extra stats, but stand out in screenshots and fashion contests.​

  • Which Outfits Should You Evolve First?
    • Evolve Ability outfits as a priority for unique poses/utility.
    • Focus on your most-used high-rarity sets or those favored in Fashion Battles.​
  • Be Material-Smart:

  • Preview before Confirming:
    Use “Preview” in the Evolution menu to see all visual/pose changes.
